Directions:
Stove top method: Wipe a small amount of paste in heated pan, then wipe away any excess. Heat until just smoking, turn off. Once cooled your cast iron can be safely stored away.
Oven method: Warm cast iron in oven at 200 degrees F. Wipe a small amount of paste in heated pan, then wipe away any excess. Bake at 475 degrees F for one hour. Repeat 3x or as needed.
