Kids and adults are welcome to join us for an in-store workshop with SPACE STUDIOS on Saturday, November 21 from 5-7pm! We'll be painting small cocoa mugs with an underglaze technique. These are perfect to set out with some milk and cookies for Santa. Or as an espresso or coffee mug for adults.
Details: During the 2-hour workshop, you will learn about the basics of painting on pottery, along with some techniques that can be used. Mugs are pre-made and fired, so they're ready to decorate with a variety of colorful underglaze. All supplies are included, just register and show up! After the class, the mugs will be fired once more at Space Studios and can be picked up at FILL a few weeks after the event.
Location: FILL, 133 Ashman Street, Midland, MI. Parking on Ashman street or in the parking lot behind the building, off of W. Larkin Street.
If you are registering multiple guests for the workshop, select the total number of mugs being painted.
$40 - One mug, painted during the 2-hour class
$80 - Two mugs
$120 - Three mugs
$160 - Four mugs
Note: This class is open to all ages. Adults must accompany children and stay for the entire event.
